A custom flush fit tank for RV airplanes. This tank will not use ANY of your baggage compartment space and unless you look close you will not even notice the tank in the airplane. Ultra simple installation. Holds 4.25 gallons of smoke oil. Leaves all other tanks in the dust. Do not put an ugly tank in your airplane, this one is as beautiful as it is practical.

The intention of this website is to assist you in getting a high quality and reasonably priced smoke system for your airplane. Here you can get a complete smoke system kit or any individual part you may want. One of the parts I take great pride in is the smoke oil injector (nozzle). It will give you better smoke, using less oil, and is super simple to install without any welding required. Another is a really good smoke OIL pump that I guarantee you will like, and many models of smoke oil tanks. If I do not have the perfect tank for your airplane I can custom build it out of aluminum. We have been building smoke systems for over 30 years and have learned a thing or two about it. You can even read my short book and try skywriting if you wish. If I forgot to include something please contact me about it.
This is what is included in a COMPLETE smoke system. You can get the complete system or any parts of it that you want.
Smoke Oil tank with aerobatic flop tube installed, vented filler cap, and mounting tabs
Screws, Nuts, Washers for mounting the tank and pump
Smoke Oil Pump (a real oil pump, not water or fuel)
2 Smoke Oil Injectors (the best on the planet)
Heavy duty clamps for the smoke oil injectors, pre drilled
Regulator Valve for fine tuneing smoke oil flow
Braided stainless steel firewall forward hoses and hose ends
Low pressure hose for inside the cockpit area (with all fittings and clamps needed)
Hose end - connects low pressure hose to bulkhead fitting (a really cool piece of hardware)
Firewall bulkhead fitting "T" style with firewall reinforcement washers and hose adapters
Toggle switch for on/off of smoke
Inline Fuse Holder with fuse (the modern, flat style fuse)
Aircraft wire for pump to off/on switch
